Ascoli, currently in Serie B, officially announced that the team has loaned Bologna striker star Canggiano.
After agreeing to join, Canggiano will be leased for Ascoli for one year, and his lease contract contains a buyout clause and an anti-buyout clause.
Canggiano, who is only 18 years old, was born in Naples and came from the Roman youth training.
The Italian U19 international joined Bologna from Rome last summer, and his transfer fee is 750,000 euros.
Canggiano made his first appearance in Bologna's first team and Serie A when he lost 0-2 at home to Juventus on June 22 this year. He played 3 times in Serie A last season.
As a winger and forward, he played 16 times for the Bologna youth team in the league last season, scoring 6 goals and assisting 5 times.
